Rotations about 1 Axis
In this lesson you are tasked with mentality rotating the given isometric pictorial object and drawing the object in its new position based on the rotation indicated. Rotations are in 90 degree increments and will be along one of the three principle axis, either X axis, Y-axis, or Z-axis.
Note, the above exercise is asking you to rotate the object 270 degrees in a positive rotation around the Z-axis; this would be a counterclockwise rotation.
Rotations follow the right-hand rule convention used in engineering design. A +90 degree rotation is counterclockwise, where as a -90 degree rotation is clockwise.
